About Corale
The Corale1) choir was established in 1992 by Gymnázium Žamberk2). Currently, it comprises more than 50 people and this number is still growing. The members are present students, but as time is going, there are a lot of the graduates. Many people play an instrument or dance in addition to singing. The choir is conducted by Iva Mimrová since the beginning.
Our repertoire changes regularly according to seasons 
. In the Christmas time we sing carols, in the rest of the year almost anything else: gospels, classics, folklore and folk songs, blues, boogie, rock'n'roll and even some popular hits. Sometimes we perform interesting projects like rock oratorio Eversmiling Liberty. We have recorded several CD's. We are still getting to know new songs and new people. But the key thing is that we do love music!
